The buildings will host 15 floors of lab space and include below-grade parking and connectivity to the balance of the Harvard Enterprise Research Campus Development. The research and development lab buildings are designed and will be built to ensure a healthy workspace environment with a focus on sustainability, resiliency, and equity.
