ROCKY HILL, CT — HNTB, an infrastructure solutions firm, has expanded its Connecticut office to support its growth. The firm expanded its presence to accommodate the 50 percent growth in the number of transportation professionals in the past year. The expansion is in response to the increased demand for HNTB’s services and meeting clients’ transportation needs in the region.

“The Connecticut office has grown significantly in the past few months,” said Jacob Argiro, HNTB Connecticut Office Leader and Vice President. “We’ve attracted talent from all over to come work on some of the most critical transportation projects in the state. As a result, we’ve expanded our office space to accommodate for this growth.”

HNTB has been involved in several major transportation programs in Connecticut, contributing planning, design, and construction services for approximately 40 years. The firm has been involved in shaping key infrastructure in the area, including Gold Star Memorial Bridge, Route 8/I-84 Interchange Mixmaster Rehabilitation Project, Norwalk River Railroad Bridge Replacement Project, Downtown Crossing New Haven Initiative, and providing engineering services for the New Haven-Hartford-Springfield Rail Corridor.
