HARTFORD, CT — Monroe Tractor announces Noah Peebles as Parts Manager for the Connecticut location. Peebles will be responsible for managing the parts operations with oversight of the parts counter technicians. Peebles brings a wealth of knowledge managing an automotive business, years of mechanical experience, and a passion for everything with an engine.
