Morrison has a background in systems-based, urban landscape architecture and climate resilience projects. Morrison's work has focused on the intersection between land and water while helping communities thrive in such complex and dynamic environments. Her experience is tied to the management, planning, and design of climate risk reduction projects of varying scales in both coastal and inland environments.
Morrison's expertise is in integrating natural and engineered systems using nature-based solutions to achieve socially-resilient, economically-viable, and environmentally-sustainable projects. Morrison is a member of the American Society of Adaptation Professionals, Connecticut Association of Flood Managers, Massachusetts Association for Floodplain Management, and American Society of Landscape Architects.
