Working from Tighe & Bond’s Shelton, Connecticut, office, Lowe will collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to further develop project and quality management processes and training across all disciplines.

Over the last decade, Lowe has primarily spearheaded initiatives in the areas of business development for municipal and public clients, project delivery, process improvement, and office management. She also has significant past participation in corporate activities related to professional development training, recruiting, and brand recognition.
