VANCOUVER, WA — Sundt Construction adds Scott Bingham as Project Director for its Transportation Group in the Northwest. Bingham will lead alternative delivery pursuits across the region.

With an extensive background in the transmission and distribution (T&D) electrical industry, Bingham brings experience in project management and strategic business development. He will play a key role in collaborating with local clients, engineering firms, and industry partners.

Before joining Sundt, Bingham held various roles in the T&D electrical industry, including Director of Project Management. His expertise spans large-scale projects, including the Harry Allen-El Dorado 500kV Transmission Line Project and the Transmission Resiliency Single Award Task Order Contract.

Bingham has a bachelor’s degree in construction management technology from Weber State University, as well as a Project Management Professional certification. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute - Portland Chapter, Associated General Contractors - Washington Chapter, and the American Public Works Association.
