SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Ryan Companies has broken ground on One Scottsdale Medical, a multi-tenant medical office building in Scottsdale, Arizona. This future two-story, 101,136-square-foot building is 80% preleased with two national health systems, City of Hope and Exalt Health as the anchor tenants. The remaining 20,000 square feet is available for lease on the ground floor for medical tenants.

The building will be part of the One Scottsdale mixed-use development that is comprised of 120 acres, which includes 2.86 million square feet of space for commercial tenants, 2,000 residential units, and 400 hotel rooms.

Ryan Companies is the developer, designer, and builder of the project, which is expected to be completed by Q3 2024.
