With nearly 17 years of experience, Kana-Veydovec joins the firm to help grow its water and wastewater practice in the West and lead and manage the department, working with state, local, and commercial clients to help solve their water and wastewater treatment challenges. Prior to joining Dewberry, Kana-Veydovec worked for Mott MacDonald where she assisted in growing and managing a water and wastewater treatment team that provided services to the utility sector.
Kana-Veydovec earned a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University. She is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, Construction Specifications Institute, National Fire Protection Association, Society of Women Engineers, Rocky Mountain, and national sections of the American Water Works Association, and the Rocky Mountain and national sections of the Water Environment Federation.
