The position will leverage Le’s talent for building client relationships, having previously led the development and strategy to win health care and science & technology projects. With 25 years in the AEC industry, Le will work closely with department leaders to develop annual business plans and strategy. She serves as a mentor for high-performing professionals, coaching and leading effective teams. She will also serve as a champion to integrate operations, pre-construction, and design.
