Samaniego's civil engineering experience ranges from planning and design through construction, and he has broad design experience from his work in several disciplines, including traffic and transportation, water systems, and construction engineering. Using a multidisciplinary design and construction approach, he offers a whole-project perspective to the construction engineering leadership team. Samaniego has been with BHI for 18 years.
