Watson’s background includes leadership roles in top controls and fire/life safety solutions companies, including Siemens and SimplexGrinnell. Throughout his career, he has developed profitable growth strategies and transformed businesses into customer-focused, long-term sustainable successes.
Rooted in servant leadership practices, Watson understands the importance of relationship building. A 10-year Navy veteran, he earned the rank of Petty Officer First Class as an Electrician and was deployed overseas six times, including during the Gulf War. While serving his country, Watson's additional responsibilities included leading shipboard work centers, naval police officer duties and serving as a member of a special boat unit team.
