ST. CLOUD, MN — Landwehr Construction, Inc. announces the promotion of two long-time employees, Luke Stock and Derek Burggraff, to Vice President of Commercial Construction and Vice President of Public Construction, respectively. These promotions come as the company positions itself for continued growth in both the commercial and public construction sectors.

Stock has been an integral part of Landwehr Construction for over 20 years, starting as a Laborer in the field and progressing to Senior Estimator/Project Manager in 2011. He has built the commercial construction team and has led various projects that have shaped the region, including the St. Cloud Library, TH 15 Diverging Diamond Interchange, numerous flood mitigation efforts in the Fargo-Moorhead area, and the Bemidji Veterans Home.

“I look forward to leading the Commercial Construction group to new levels," Stock said. "My goal is to help Landwehr grow to meet the industry demands while upholding the strong values and culture that define us.”

Burggraff joined Landwehr Construction as an intern in 2007 and has been a full-time employee since 2009. Over the years, he advanced from an Associate to a Senior Estimator/Project Manager focusing on public work and has led numerous projects that have made a significant difference in the community, including the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Highway 10 and 23 Interchange project in St. Cloud, MnDOT Highway 59 and 108 project in Pelican Rapids, and Steans County CSAH 1 project in Sartell. As Vice President of Public Construction, Burggraff is focused on growing Landwehr’s heavy highway division and supporting other divisions while emphasizing safety, project delivery, and maintaining the company’s family-oriented culture.

“My goal is to ensure our division remains well-staffed and safe, while also continuing to produce exceptional projects on time,” Burggraff said.
