BLAINE, MN — SmithCo Mfg. Inc. has reached an agreement with Midwest Diesel Service Inc. to sell SmithCo’s line of side dump trailers in east central and northeast Minnesota. Midwest Diesel Service is located in Blaine, Minnesota.
“Our existing Minnesota customers will appreciate the parts and service support that Midwest Diesel Service offers,” said Todd Karolczak, SmithCo’s Director of Sales & Marketing. “We are excited to partner with their dedicated sales staff to grow the side dump market further.”
Midwest Diesel Service has been a partner for diesel engine repair, parts, and trucking needs for 35 years. In addition to over 40,000 parts on hand, Midwest Diesel offers a wide range of trucks and trailers from brands like Peterbilt, Landoll, and now, SmithCo.
SmithCo Inc., located in Le Mars, Iowa, has been manufacturing custom-built side dump trailers since 1994. The company's side dump trailers currently serve a wide variety of markets, including construction, agriculture, mining, government, waste handling, and environmental.
