Timberman joins the AP executive team with more than 22 years of experience in financial leadership roles in the construction industry.

Timberman was previously Vice President, Finance and CFO at Clark Builders for seven years. He improved operations at Clark by building more efficient and effective systems, controls, and processes to improve and enhance the company’s performance during a period of growth and transformation. Prior to Clark, Timberman served in various financial leadership roles under the Turner banner for 16 years in the Chicago area prior to the partnership between Clark and Turner.
Nordling joins the AP team following the retirement announcement of JoAnn Stork, Vice President, Human Resources. Stork has been a key senior leader since joining AP in 2010, and she retired on July 10. Nordling has more than 20 years of experience in human resources in a variety of industries, including construction services.

Nordling was previously Chief Human Resources Officer at Dessert Holdings. Prior to Dessert Holdings, Nordling held the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at USI Building Solutions. She also held human resources leadership roles at large Minnesota-based companies including Thomson Reuters, Cargill, and UnitedHealth Group.
