HNTB Relocates to Downtown Minneapolis to Enhance Accessibility and Facilitate Continued Growth

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — HNTB Corporation has relocated its Minneapolis office to the heart of downtown. The recent move reflects HNTB’s strategic vision to enhance accessibility for its clients, industry partners, and employees, while fostering stronger connections within the community and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of infrastructure.

“Our decision to move downtown underscores our dedication to delivering exceptional client service and innovative solutions that positively impact communities. Simultaneously, it provides an expansive and dynamic workspace with convenient transit access to support our growing team,” said Sara Hage, AICP, ASLA, HNTB Minnesota Office Leader and Associate Vice President. “Since the move, our team has grown by 35 percent, with 25 percent of our staff now participating in the Metro Pass program, highlighting the tangible impact of our strategic and prime location.”

The new office, situated in a central business hub, spans 15,187 square feet and has been designed to reflect HNTB’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and employee well-being.

HNTB has a history of contributing to the development and enhancement of the Minneapolis metropolitan area. The firm has worked on, or is currently involved with, some notable infrastructure projects in the area including Hennepin Avenue Bridge, Metro Orange Line BRT, Third Avenue Bridge, Gold Line BRT, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Light Rail Transit Tunnels and Lindbergh Station, Southwest LRT, the I-494 Bridge over Minnesota River, and Franklin Avenue Bridge, among others.
