Taylor has a long track record of leadership in business and sales management within the NDE industry. His experience will support the growth of the company’s NDE group and broaden the group’s technical excellence in advanced NDE techniques. Taylor brings a deep understanding of NDE technologies that include computed tomography (CT), industrial radiography, ultrasound, eddy current, visual inspection (borescopes and cameras), and ground penetrating radar.
Taylor joins Braun Intertec as Marv Denne, current NDE Practice Leader and the company’s first NDE employee, transitions out of his leadership role after 40 successful years with Braun Intertec. Denne will spend 2023 passing his leadership duties to Taylor and ensuring a smooth transition.
Before joining Braun Intertec, Taylor was the General Manager of North Star Imaging, a global manufacturer of 2D digital radiography and 3D computed tomography technology. He earned an Associate of Applied Science in nondestructive testing technology at Ridgewater College, a Bachelor of Science in business finance, and a mini-Master of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota. Taylor has been active in the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), the Nondestructive Testing Management Association, and the ISO Committee for 3D Measurement.
