WESTON, WI — Walsh Construction has completed a new 80,000-gross-square-foot steel-framed warehouse tailored for Amazon’s Last Mile Delivery program.
Walsh Construction and designer Ceso, Inc. worked with Ambrose Property Group to deliver the single-story warehouse that features precast concrete panels and purpose-built truck docks to ensure streamlined logistical operations. The warehouse structure comprises various functional zones along with an office area, break room, restrooms, ablution rooms, and secure employee lockers. The facility encompasses approximately 28,000 square feet of canopy space for deliveries with operational efficiency and weather protection, as well as extensive concrete and asphalt paving to accommodate employee and guest parking. The project also includes the integration of underground retention systems to practice sustainable development and effectively manage stormwater runoff.
