Dupies has joined Gilbane as the Area Manager of the Milwaukee office. Dupies comes to Gilbane with more than 20 years of architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry experience and a focus on driving client satisfaction, community partnerships, and developing high-performing teams. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Dupies is engaged in various organizations in the Milwaukee community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Carmen Schools of Science & Technology, an urban charter school. In addition, Dupies is the Research Committee Co-Chair for the Wisconsin Policy Forum and the Program Chair for TEMPO Milwaukee.

Gilbane has promoted several team members to key leadership roles to enhance its presence in Southeast Wisconsin. Mary Collins, Laura Hause, and Vincent Senese are promoted to Project Executives, and Erik Lindstrom has been elevated to a Senior Manager of Business Development.
Collins has spent her 19-year career working on complex construction projects focusing on the health care and public market sectors. Collins has led the Milwaukee City Hall Foundation Restoration project for several years, including site investigation, a foundation system study, and a custom design solution to restore the foundation. Collins is a graduate of Marquette University and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Hause is a 16-year construction leader with significant experience partnering with clients in various market sectors, including Schreiber Foods, Waukesha County Courthouse, and Carroll University. Hause is a graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering.
With 11 years of industry experience, Senese has built his career focusing on quality construction and client satisfaction. His construction experience spans various market sectors with key projects for St. Camillus, Schlitz Park, ProHealth Care Inc., Milwaukee County Zoo, and Discovery World. Senese is a graduate of Illinois State University.
Lindstrom is a business development professional with 17 years of experience. He will continue to lead the business development strategy in Southeast Wisconsin and build capacity for the growing employee base and the larger Milwaukee community. Lindstrom is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
