DELAVAN, WI — Scherrer Construction Co., Inc., a full-service general contractor and construction management firm, recently began construction on a 75,000-square-foot headquarters for Millennium, an end-to-end solutions provider of fiber optic broadband networks.

The new headquarters will feature two floors of offices and a 60,000-square-foot warehouse. The new facility will be more than double the size of Millennium’s current headquarters.

“Millennium has seen rapid growth since we relocated our headquarters from Lake Geneva to Delavan, Wisconsin,” said Millennium CEO James Kyle. “This expansion will allow us to continue our great work here in the city of Delavan.”

“It’s exciting to be a part of helping a company expand, especially in our home state of Wisconsin,” said Jeff Neumann, Director of Process Management for Scherrer Construction.

Millennium’s CEO said they will incorporate many of their own fiber-optic technologies into the new headquarters. The project is expected to be completed in September 2022.
