By serving on the board, Ott joins the nation’s oldest and largest business association of engineering companies. Serving his first term, Ott said he is excited to join the 15 other engineering professionals on the board.
“I am excited to be a part of this illustrious team, working to advance our industry,” Ott said.
His appointment took place during a virtual meeting with nearly 100 ACEC/MN members. Four directors in all were welcomed to the ACEC/MN Board. Above all, regarding his role as a Board Member, Ott said he looks forward to the discussions he will have with other members of the engineering community.
"When a group of talented, knowledgeable individuals come together to advance a common cause, there really is no limit to what they can accomplish," Ott said. "I’m excited about that."

Jonathan Curry, Executive Director of ACEC/MN, is looking forward to bringing the new members into the fold.
