“We are excited to have Tim rejoin the Sundt team,” said Ryan Nessen, Sundt’s Senior Vice President and California District Manager for the Building Group. "He will play a key role in leading all Northern California projects for Sundt and is a great addition to our team in California. Tim’s experience in the region will be an invaluable support to our team.”
In Spence’s new role, he will be responsible for the day-to-day processes for all construction, project management, and project administration activities associated with business development, preconstruction, and operations in the region.
Most recently, Spence worked with a large commercial contractor as a project executive on government and technology projects. He has successfully managed large projects and pursuits across various sectors throughout his career, including office, hospitality, education, and judicial.
