Walsh Construction is leading construction efforts alongside joint venture partner and certified minority-owned business BOWA Construction. Walsh and BOWA broke ground on 160 N. Morgan in April 2022, and achieved the topping out of the project 11 months later.
Designed by bKL Architecture, 160 N. Morgan features masonry and metal materials throughout. A distinct external feature of the building is the Y-shaped trusses that support the tower above an outdoor deck, which will contain the residential units with convertibles, studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Pre-leasing for 160 N Morgan will open in July, with the first units expected to deliver to tenants in September.
