ST. LOUIS, MO — Tarlton has promoted Andrew Nelch, LEED AP, to Vice President. Nelch most recently served as Project Director. He began his career as a Project Engineer at Tarlton in 2006 and subsequently moved through the operational ranks to serve as Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager.

Nelch has worked on a number of significant projects at Tarlton, including the historic renovation of the core and shell at 900 N. Tucker Boulevard; the Center for Nursing and Health Sciences at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park; renovations to Bryan Hall and Simon Hall on the Washington University campus; and the Tower Tee recreation complex revitalization.

“Andrew has been an integral part of Tarlton for more than 20 years and has played a significant role in our growth, the relationships we have built, and the successful delivery of our projects,” said Sondra Rotty, Tarlton President and Chief Operating Officer. “He has earned the respect of his peers and our customers through his steady leadership and commitment to doing the right thing."

Nelch holds a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He also serves on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis.
