With the newest opening, Garver’s nearly 700 employees are now delivering infrastructure solutions out of more than 30 offices across 13 states.
“We’ve spent more than 60 years partnering with airports across the country to make sure they’re as safe and efficient as possible, and we’re excited to bring those services to new markets in Nebraska and Iowa,” said Garver Director of Aviation Mike Griffin, PE. “We’ll continue to concentrate on pairing our best people with our best clients.”
Aviation Project Manager Roger Knobeloch, PE, who will be based in the new office, has experience working alongside airport operators and stakeholders at commercial and general aviation airports in the region on runway construction, lighting and pavement repair projects.
His hiring boosts a Garver Aviation Team that began with a single parking lot improvement project in the 1950s. The practice has grown since, delivering improvements to more than 250 airports across the country. Its federal team is currently working with the United States Corps of Engineers Omaha District in a design-build agreement for an indoor firing range at Minot Air Force Base in Minot, North Dakota.
