SALT LAKE CITY, UT — Big-D Companies announces the addition of Mike Fratianni as its new Regional Operating Officer (ROO).
With more than 35 years of leadership experience in the construction industry, Fratianni will oversee Big-D Mission Critical and Big-D Lindon offices, focusing on expanding both groups before transitioning into broader operational and strategic initiatives. He has extensive experience in leading major construction organizations and delivering projects across various sectors.
Fratianni has held top executive positions including President and CEO of Hunt Construction Group, COO of AECOM Hunt, and Managing Director of Construction at Lendlease. He has expertise in managing large-scale operations, building client relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Known for his people-first leadership style, Fratianni credits this approach to his early years in the field where he steadily advanced through the ranks. He emphasizes strong team dynamics and collaboration. His ability to foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders will strengthen Big-D’s market presence.
Fratianni also brings a focus on innovation. Throughout his career, he has led complex projects that prioritize sustainability, cutting-edge technology, and efficient design.
