PHOENIX, AZ — Gilbane Building announces that Ryan Young has joined the company as Business Leader in Arizona, bringing two decades of commercial construction experience across Arizona and the Southwest region.

In his new role, Young will lead Gilbane’s Arizona business, strengthening project delivery, developing teams, and building relationships with clients and partners. His leadership will support Gilbane’s continued growth and operations across the state.

Young brings extensive experience in operational leadership, risk management, project delivery, and developing teams across higher education, life sciences, health care, corporate office, mission critical, and advanced technology markets. His experience includes work with organizations and institutions across Arizona, including Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, Northern Arizona University, Plaza Companies, Capstone Development Partners, eBay, APS, Pima County, and Vanguard Healthcare.
