“We are excited to break ground on this state-of-the-art industrial development in Deer Valley, an area that is rapidly expanding and contributing to strong economic growth in our region," said Matt Visnansky, Vice President of Real Estate Development at Opus. “Opus also continues to expand its industrial offerings in Arizona and the greater Phoenix area."
“Arizona's commitment to business development and high-tech manufacturing has attracted major manufacturers to the state. Additionally, the widening of the I-10 south of Phoenix toward Pinal County — plus the momentum from the recently passed CHIPS Act — are helping propel growth in this region," said Larry Pobuda, Executive Vice President and General Manager at Opus.
