The first building at Deer Valley 30 is 106,000 square feet and can accommodate 25 dock doors, up to 133 auto parking stalls, and has a 32-foot clear height. The second building is 184,000 square feet and can accommodate 46 dock doors, up to 210 auto parking stalls, and has a 32-foot clear height. The third building is 66,000 square feet, can accommodate eight dock doors, up to 89 auto parking stalls, and has a 28-foot clear height. Deer Valley 30 is slated for completion in October 2023.
Deer Valley 30 is a joint venture between Opus and Principal Real Estate Investors. Opus is the developer, design-builder, and architect and structural engineer of record on the project.
