For the last two years, Favia has served as a Project Engineer on a data center project in the Valley. He brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry working on project forecasts, schedules, timelines, personnel performance, and cost-efficiency. In his new role, Favia is responsible for coordinating work in the field among subcontractors, developing and maintaining relationships with owners and design teams, and performing safety inspections. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
