On March 30, Niece Equipment hosted an open house for their new Fort Worth facility, which is located on a 5-acre tree lined property at 1101 NE Loop 820. This area of Fort Worth is considered a part of “equipment alley”. The building is 12,000 square feet and includes 2,600 feet of office space, four shop bays, one wash bay, and a fenced parts area.

Al Niece, President and Owner of Niece Equipment, said the market can handle 400 units consisting of water trucks, water towers, and fuel and lube trucks. This facility will offer rentals, sales, parts, and service of equipment. Shelli Thompson, who is the North Texas Operations Manager of this new location, said she is looking forward to a starting inventory of 30 to 50 units.

Niece Motorsports also joined the open house with the NASCAR Truck teams and drivers of #41, #42, and #45 greeting attendees.
