PCL Construction’s Vice President of Finance Honored by Local Nonprofit
Florence Crittenton Services is a Denver nonprofit with a mission to educate, prepare and empower teen mothers and their children to become productive members of the community. Kehoe served on the board for six years and was Board Chair during their school bond program, capital campaign and campus redevelopment project.
Dr. Kate Waller Barrett was a social reformer and co-founder of the first Florence Crittenton home. The Advocate Award is given annually to a community member who embodies the spirit of empowerment to and sponsorship of young mothers and their children.
“Mike epitomizes the characteristics of what we are looking for in our award winner,” said Florence Crittenton Services President & CEO, Suzanne Banning. “He has been a fierce advocate for our teen families, making sure our girls and the community knew that they deserved the best in services and a campus that matched the quality of the best schools in our state.”
An active member of the Denver community, Kehoe is currently a member of the Mile High United Way’s Board of Trustees and a network affiliate member of Executives Partnering to Invest in Children.
