Based in Tucson, Arizona, Gray will lead the firm’s right of way business development activities in the Arizona and New Mexico markets and provide support as needed throughout the Southwest.

Gray brings more than four years of Sound Transit leadership experience as the Director of Real Property. His experience also includes three decades of Oregon Department of Transportation leadership experience in real estate services, last serving as State Right of Way Director. Having worked in various roles within the organizations, he developed skills across all aspects of project delivery as it relates to the right of way business line.
