“Bob brings over 30 years of invaluable experience and expertise to Sundt,” said Senior Vice President and District Manager Clint Sundt. “With his knowledge of the mining industry, he will provide leadership and support to our mining projects and clients.”
Dickey’s specialties span the design, construction, commission, operation, maintenance, and operation strategies of base metals and mining. Dickey has managed high-value mining projects across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah as well as abroad in the Dominic Republic and Armenia. He has experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Processing Manager, General Manager, and Superintendent. Dickey’s background also includes experience in the U.S. Army Special Forces.
Sundt opened its Tucson office in 1929. In the decades since, it has built landmarks across the Old Pueblo. The contractor recently completed the renovation and expansion of The University of Arizona’s Chemistry Building and is working on La Posada at Pusch Ridge in Oro Valley.
Sundt Construction, Inc. is one of the country’s largest general contractors. The 133-year-old firm specializes in transportation, industrial, building, concrete, and renewable power work and is owned entirely by its approximately 2,000-plus employees.
