Witt has experience developing client relationships in the water industry and is an expert in real estate development, which will help him serve Olsson’s clients in the region. Before joining Olsson, Witt was the Business Center Practice Leader for a large, global multidisciplined design firm. In that role, Witt led a team of 80 people who focused on technical design, client development, and account management for the firm’s Colorado water market.
“Riley’s background in real estate and water markets allows him to see the big picture of how engineering projects affect municipal expansion and how they fit in with existing infrastructure,” said Scott Tricker, Director of Business Development at Olsson. “We’re excited to have Riley lead our regional business development team.”
In a previous role, Witt served as Managing Lead based in Spokane, Washington, and was responsible for business in a region that covered eastern Washington, northern Idaho, and Montana. He also was Director of Real Estate Development and acting Vice President for a large land development company. Witt earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate studies from Marylhurst University.
