PHOENIX, AZ — Sundt Construction adds Tony Harlan as a Project Director for Business Development in Phoenix, Arizona, for the firm’s Building Group, Southwest District.
Harlan will help expand Sundt’s presence across the Greater Phoenix region, leveraging his sales background and experience with technical clients to deepen relationships with clients, community partners, and project teams.

His approach emphasizes collaboration, strategic engagement, and the ability to translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable project solutions.
Previously with Kurita Water America, Harlan managed major industrial projects for Nippon Steel and Shintech Louisiana, leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing operations, and coordinating closely with technical owners to deliver success in complex, high-stakes environments.
