ROSEVILLE, MN — McGough, a nationwide construction firm, developer, and facilities manager, announces the recent appointment of two current employees to key leadership positions within the company. Garrett Tvinnereim was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Jessi Wagner has been promoted to Vice President & Deputy General Counsel.
In his new role as CFO, Tvinnereim will continue to oversee McGough’s financial planning and accounting teams, while spearheading initiatives to enhance the company's financial operations and strengthen relationships with key external partners, including banks, surety providers, and investment firms. His strategic mindset and focus on collaboration will play a vital role in positioning McGough for future opportunities.
Tvinnereim brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including nearly a decade at a Big Four auditing firm and leadership roles in the manufacturing sector. Since joining McGough, Tvinnereim has been instrumental in driving the financial strategies behind the company’s growth. He played a pivotal role in implementing a new enterprise accounting system, streamlining processes to support expansion into new markets, navigating evolving regulations, and managing diverse contractual requirements. His leadership has been key in building a solid financial foundation that supports McGough’s growth and industry success.

Wagner’s expertise in legal, risk, insurance, and compliance has been instrumental in supporting McGough. She has played a key role in structuring and negotiating contracts for some of the company's projects, ensuring legal frameworks remain strong, scalable, and aligned with the long-term vision.
Beyond her legal acumen, Wagner is a leader within McGough, actively contributing to the Safety Committee and the McGough Women’s Initiative and fostering a culture of safety and inclusion.
