Dermatology Consultants will occupy 12,000 square feet on the first floor. The practice will be moving from its existing St. Paul location. The clinic will offer a full spectrum of services including general and cosmetic dermatology, skin cancer diagnosis and surgery, and esthetician services.
Located on the second floor, RAYUS Radiology, a national provider of advanced diagnostic and interventional radiology, will occupy approximately 6,400 square feet. RAYUS’ outpatient diagnostic imaging center will provide a full range of services that will feature a high-field MRI, CT, 3D mammography, ultrasound, and X-ray. This location will be part of the nationwide network of over 150 freestanding imaging centers for RAYUS. Each year, more than one million patients and their referring clinicians turn to RAYUS for patient-centered and accessible care through its community-based multi-modality diagnostic imaging centers.
Highland Bridge Medical Office is expected to be completed spring of 2023. The remaining approximately 12,000 square feet of leasable space is available to tenants that offer clinical and specialty health care services or general health care office functions.
