MILWAUKEE, WI — Gilbane Building Company announces that Tom Holzheimer was promoted to Operations Manager for the Milwaukee office. Holzheimer will be actively engaged in overseeing Gilbane’s portfolio of projects across Wisconsin. As Operations Manager, Holzheimer will combine his technical expertise and hands-on approach with his passion for driving results to effectively lead operations in Milwaukee.

Holzheimer has nearly 20 years of industry experience, spending the last 16 years building his career with Gilbane. He has constructed some of the company's most iconic and complex Wisconsin projects, including Foxconn, Haribo, and multiple projects for Kerry Foods.

“I look forward to taking on this new challenge and continuing to grow Gilbane’s portfolio in the Milwaukee area and developing our teams to achieve their best and highest potential,” Holzheimer said.

Holzheimer has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Ohio University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, State of Illinois Professional Engineer, and a DBIA-certified professional.
