Designed by Plunkett Raysich Architects, the 9,000-square-foot medical clinic will be leased by the Veteran’s Administration. The facility will include new reception and waiting areas, conference room, exam rooms, women’s health exam areas, mental health services, consultation rooms, and telehealth as well as team workroom areas.
The project’s developer is Wangard Partners, a Milwaukee-based national real estate investment firm, and property development and management company. Wangard is the developer of Olympia Fields, a mixed-use development that includes The Locklyn Apartment Community and a Sendiks Food Market. The site will also feature hotel, medical offices, commercial outlets, a recreational bike trail, and more.
Construction on the new health care clinic will begin in May and is expected to be completed in December 2023.
