At the Wisconsin branch office, Holly Urbain, Geospatial Survey Sales and Trimble Certified Trainer, spoke about looking forward to greeting customers at these events. “This office has been here for over 19 years, and we’ve had this open house every year,” she said. “We call it our Customer Appreciation Day because that’s what it is. It’s not for sales and training but for us to thank them for being our customers.”
“It’s all about the customers today," Seiler said. "At Seiler Geospatial, we strive to be customer focused and provide the excellent service and support that they expect and deserve. We always want to be prepared, under promise, and over deliver to our customers. We have the technology and the support that’s really going to make a difference for our customers — our partners.”
The new equipment on display at the Customer Appreciation Day included the Trimble SX12 Total Station. This scanner handles survey projects by integrating surveying, imaging, and 3D scanning capabilities into everyday workflow. Also available was the Trimble MX9 Mobile Mapping Solution for large-scale scanning and mapping missions. In addition, the Seiler team showcased the latest drone technology for Unmanned Aerial Systems' needs for agriculture, inspection, mapping, and public safety applications.
