Hage most recently served HNTB as the Chicago Office Sales Manager and Chicago Department of Transportation Client Service Leader. Hage’s experience in delivering large-scale programs and projects will be instrumental in expanding the Minnesota office and meeting the infrastructure needs of clients.
Hage joined HNTB in 2010, after six years in the public sector. During her career, she has prioritized staff development and leadership to create teams with a shared purpose and client focus.

Hage is an active member of several industry organizations, including the American Planning Association, Active Transportation Alliance, American Society of Landscape Architects, and Women in Transportation Seminar.

Hage earned her Bachelor of Science in media studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, master’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and master’s degree in urban planning and policy from the University of Illinois Chicago.
