Hoffman joins MKM with over eight years of background in the construction industry. Hoffman's experience in the arenas of business development and marketing, to contract management and employee relations, will directly impact the firm’s daily operations and staff support. Hoffman is tasked with facilities management, staff development, and network organization and standardization among a myriad of other crucial functions that support the firm.
Haynes is a 2022 Ball State Bachelor of Architecture graduate. Haynes was selected as a Ball State Top 100 Student for 2022. Additionally, he is a five-year member of the AIAS Ball State Chapter and served as President from 2021 - 2022. The MKM Fellowship provides aspiring healthcare designers a unique opportunity to gain experience designing for healthcare while researching innovative solutions.
MKM Fellows participate in an exploration of a predefined topic and evaluate how its application could shape design thinking across the care continuum. The 2022 MKM Fellow will focus their research on redefining primary care; considering rightsizing access points to provide quality care and sustainable health services to rural populations.
