INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Gorman & Company recently announced the expansion into the Indiana market with the selection of Trent Claybaugh as the Indiana Market President.

Claybaugh previously served as the Development Project Manager for Wisconsin prior to accepting this role.

“Trent has a proven track record of sourcing new opportunities and building sustainable funding sources for our projects in Wisconsin under the direction of Ted Matkom,” said Brian Swanton, President & CEO for Gorman & Company. “This promotional opportunity will provide Gorman a physical and dedicated presence in a state that recently established a new and robust state housing tax credit and fits well into our company’s strategic growth plan.”

Claybaugh joined Gorman & Company in 2021, and prior to which, he worked as an asset manager for Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corporation. He received a Master of Public Affairs degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in economics and a minor in mathematics from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
