“We are very excited about formally welcoming Dan, Tracy, Tim, and Laura into the firm leadership as Principals," Tucker said. "All of them have been leaders in their own right, but now CSO will count on them to help plan and set the course for the next 10-15 years as we look to the future of design in central Indiana and beyond."
Dan Brueggert, AIA, LEED AP has been a Lead Designer and Project Manager at CSO for 16 years. He received his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in environmental design degrees from Ball State University. His Master of Architecture degree is from Rice University. Prior to joining CSO, he served as an Adjunct Professor at Ball State University. Brueggert is known for his designs, innovation, and hand-drawn sketches and renderings. He currently serves as President of the Indiana Architectural Foundation.
A graduate of Indiana University, Tracy Carfagna serves as the Director of Finance and has been with CSO for 24 years. Carfagna manages all aspects of CSO’s financial business transactions. She works directly with CSO Project Managers and Firm Owners in monitoring business plans, billing, banking, revenue projections, and profitability. She is an administrative leader and day-to-day resource for the firm, and has contributed to CSO’s long-term success.
Tim Jeffers is a Wabash College graduate and has been with CSO for 12 years and serves as the Director of Business Development and Community Relations. He previously worked for Verizon and served 16 years in state government in a variety of capacities including stints in the Governor’s Office, the Indiana Department of Transportation and Indiana House of Representatives. He is an Army National Guard and Reserve veteran with service during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Laura Schellinger graduated from Washington State University with a degree in interior design. She has worked in marketing at CSO for over 15 years, playing a role in the strategic communication of CSO’s brand and culture. Her communication skills and eye for design have proven a valuable combination in advancing the firm’s evolution and business development efforts.
