With Design Collaborative's main office located downtown Fort Wayne, as well as many Design Collaborative team members located downtown, team members said it feels special to be a part of some of these downtown developments. Working alongside Surack Enterprises, Weigand Construction, R.E. Dimond, and Engineering Resources, Inc., Design Collaborative is thrilled to announce the upcoming building of a new apartment complex and retail space – The Pearl, west of the Bradley Hotel on Main Street downtown Fort Wayne.
The Pearl will be a 7-story building with 4 floors of apartments and about 12,000 square feet of retail space. There will be space for an event center that will hold about 300 people, a coffee shop, parking garage, restaurant space, and an outdoor patio space on multiple upper levels.
Surack Enterprises’ founding principle is to always do the right thing, and these developments are intended to bring new living space, jobs, and enjoyment to the Fort Wayne community. Design Collaborative is grateful for the support from the City of Fort Wayne and the great team that is working together with Design Collaborative to make this development a reality – Surack Enterprises internal architects, Weigand Construction, R.E.
