Eric Rang, AIA has been promoted to Senior Associate. Rang has been an Architect with Hafer for five years and has worked in the industry for over 15. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. Rang's attention to detail results in beautifully crafted buildings. He brings a wealth of knowledge through his experiences working in New York City, Tampa, and St. Louis in addition to studying abroad in Helsinki.
Jason Southwell, Assoc. IIDA is an Interior Designer at Hafer. Southwell is being promoted to Senior Associate. He has been a part of the Hafer team for 13 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Ball State University. Southwell is a gifted designer who excels at finding creative solutions and is equally passionate about giving back to the community, which is evident through all of his philanthropic efforts.
Jennifer Kissel, AIA has been promoted to Senior Associate. Kissel has been an Architect at Hafer for four years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Sciences from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Architecture from Southern Illinois University. Kissel has worked in the industry for over 15 years and is adept at managing multi-discipline projects. She is currently the Project Manager for the new Deaconess Aquatic Center.
Ket West, AIA has been promoted to Senior Associate from his position as Associate Architect. West has worked with Hafer for two years in the Owensboro, KY location. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee and has more than 29 years of experience in designing and managing projects all over the United States. His extensive experience includes working in a variety of markets including healthcare, corporate, education and retail, just to name a few.

Jason Epley, AIA has been promoted to an Associate of the firm. Epley has been an Architect with Hafer for five years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture from Southern Illinois University. With a special emphasis on healthcare design, Epley has been involved with many of the significant projects designed by Hafer. Epley is an asset to the firm and his strong leadership skills contribute to building Hafer’s reputation as a premier design firm in the Midwest.
Jess Park, PE has been promoted to an Associate at Hafer. Park has worked at Hafer for five years as a Mechanical Engineer and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Evansville. Park recently moved from working in the Evansville office to the Owensboro location to strengthen the services offered throughout Western Kentucky. Park’s technical ingenuity and inventive skill set is a resource to the team at Hafer.
