Grogg was born and raised in the Decatur, IN area and is a Graduate of Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of architecture in Indiana and Florida.
Grogg has worked with many architectural disciplines - including educational, retail, commercial, mixed-use, residential, and government. Grogg was also a volunteer associate youth pastor for over six years.
Karla Buchan, IIDA, has joined Elevatus Architecture as an Interior Designer. Elevatus has recently seen an increase in national-level work that has fueled a significant need in interior design.

Buchan holds an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering and Bachelor’s in Interior Design, both from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Buchan's skillset will provide a plethora of benefits to clients and prospective connections. Her portfolio reflects outpatient and inpatient healthcare, behavioral health, corporate, food service, retail, and various other markets.
Elevatus Architecture also recently announced the hiring of Abby Bryan.
Bryan's role will involve Office and Construction Administration. Her professional background consists of media services, administrative duties, event coordination, and marketing. As a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, she achieved a degree in General Studies with a focus in Photography and Humanitarian Studies.
