- AIA Indianapolis presents a morning webinar with Dr. Nigel Oseland, an environmental psychologist, researcher, and workplace strategist. We have entered the quaternary economic age. To continue to be an industry leader, businesses need to excel in creativity and innovation, and workplace design can facilitate this. However, it is not simply a case of installing beanbags, bright colors, and funky, quirky spaces. Dr. Oseland shares the relevant psychological studies that inform the design of workplaces that foster creativity and innovation. He draws on personality theory, divergent thinking, novelty, and biophilia.

Safety Resources – Just the Facts Without the Snacks

- Through ACEC’s Project Management Forum, professionals who aspire to firm leadership will meet once a year and have an interactive online community to share best practices for consulting engineering firms. This year’s event will feature two speakers – Mindy Peterson, C2 Strategic Communications, and Howard Birnberg – to discuss client management and project management. Attendees will have the opportunity to join breakout rooms to continue the program’s discussion.
