  • AIA Indianapolis presents a morning webinar with Dr. Nigel Oseland, an environmental psychologist, researcher, and workplace strategist. We have entered the quaternary economic age. To continue to be an industry leader, businesses need to excel in creativity and innovation, and workplace design can facilitate this. However, it is not simply a case of installing beanbags, bright colors, and funky, quirky spaces. Dr. Oseland shares the relevant psychological studies that inform the design of workplaces that foster creativity and innovation. He draws on personality theory, divergent thinking, novelty, and biophilia.
