INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Walsh recently hosted its 8th annual Dave Anderson Memorial Golf Outing, and this year’s proceeds went to the CFA Foundation. Anderson was a Walsh employee who was killed in a heavy highway construction incident in 2012 and CFA provided financial assistance to his family after the tragedy. Walsh started the outing to benefit Anderson’s children.

According to Blake Morris of Walsh, the outing has been able to satisfy the needs of Dave’s family, so the organization decided to continue to hold the event in his honor to benefit the Construction Family Assistance Foundation.

The outing drew 124 golfers including subcontractors and suppliers that Walsh has worked with across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, and featured 24 sponsors, raising $14,000 for the CFA Foundation.
