- IFMA is taking a limited group of members and guests to Bloomington on a luxury mini-bus for a special tour of Cook Medical's new Profile Park facility. Cook Group purchased the former General Electric Bloomington manufacturing plant in November 2017. Since then, they have been working to adapt the plant for an expansion of Cook's nearby Park 48 global headquarters. The new Profile Park gets its name from the GE Profile refrigerators that were made there. The tour bus will depart from the Commercial Office Environments parking lot promptly at 2 p.m. After the tour, the group with make a pit stop at Upland Brewing in Bloomington for refreshments and then head back to Indy. Space is limited to 25 people for this event, so please be sure to register early.
