- BOMA Indianapolis is excited to have Fred Glass, former athletic director of Indiana University join the association for their March luncheon. Glass is the author of Making Your Own Luck: From a Skid Row Bar to Rebuilding Indiana University Athletics. From 1989 to 1993, Glass was chief of staff to Indiana Governor Evan Bayh. In 1993, Glass became a business and corporate attorney with Baker and Daniels. Glass has also been president of the Marion County Capital Improvement Board, and later president of the Indianapolis 2011 Super Bowl Bid Committee. Glass has sat on Indianapolis organizing committees for NCAA and Big Ten basketball tournaments. Glass retired from IU in December of 2019. In 2020, Glass returned to practicing law as a partner at Taft Law.

- Through ACEC's PM Forum, professionals who aspire to firm leadership will meet once a year and have an interactive online community to share best practices for consulting engineering firms. This year's event will feature panel discussion which will help project managers learn tips on how to bridge the generational gap, empower their staff, and master team communication to deliver successful projects.

- Join ACEC Indiana for its 34th Annual Engineering Excellence Awards Luncheon on April 28. Tables are normally set for 10 people, but they can accommodate one or two more if necessary. There are no special prices for a full table; pricing is based upon individuals attending. Dress is professional business attire. Cancellations required by April 21 to avoid charges, and registrations made after April 25 cannot be considered for preferential seating assignments. Please call ACEC staff for details.
